Meet your head coach
The coach your parents’ generation watched on TV.
Pablo Lima brings 18+ years of professional soccer to every session he runs. Six of those years were in the Uruguay national team shirt (2001–2007). The rest were spent playing top clubs across Uruguay, Argentina, and Greece — and, later, as a sporting director.
He runs the camp himself. No hand-off to an assistant. If you’re here, Pablo watches you, and Pablo gives you the honest take.

My job isn’t to fly you to the moon. It’s to tell you the truth about your game — and to make sure the right coaches see it.

Coaching staff
The people running the camp with Pablo.
Not a rotating roster of volunteers — a standing staff with real credentials, each running their own part of camp.

What sets this camp apart
The difference between a showcase and being scouted.
10 college coaches, actually there.
We publish coach names as they confirm. You won't be paying to get watched by 'scouts' with no pipeline into the roster.
Maximum Exposure Matrix.
Players rotate through every field. No coach only sees one game. No player is buried on a side field all weekend.
Individual attention.
Pablo runs the sessions personally. After-action evaluation is one-on-one, not a group PowerPoint.
Professional film package.
Optional $60 add-on: professionally shot and edited highlight reel in your inbox within 48 hours. Ready to drop into Hudl or send to a coach.
Live recruiting conversation.
Structured Q&A sessions with coaches — ask about transcripts, scholarships, what their program actually needs.
Rain-date insurance.
If weather takes a session, we pick it up on April 4–5, 2026. Your registration carries over automatically.
Add the $60 film package at checkout — edited reel delivered within 48 hours of camp, ready for your Hudl profile.

What college coaches are actually watching for.
These are the four dimensions every attending coach rates every player on. Train for all four, not just the first one.
Technical ability
First touch, passing accuracy, ball control under pressure. The fundamentals never go out of style.
Soccer IQ
Decision-making speed, field awareness, tactical understanding. What coaches call ‘seeing the game.’
Character
Work rate, coachability, response to mistakes, team-first body language. Recruited as much as any skill.
Academics
GPA, standardized tests, and classroom behavior. A 3.8 gets you more doors than a 3.0 at every division.
Weekend timeline
Two days structured so every player gets evaluated.
No wasted minutes. Not a loose drop-in — a planned flow designed around coach viewing windows and individualized feedback.

Players & parents
“One weekend changed how he trained.”
“Pablo’s technical detail is on another level. My son came home with feedback he’d never gotten from his club coach — first touch, body shape, decision-making. One week changed how he trains.”
“The international perspective Pablo brings is invaluable. He doesn’t just teach skills, he teaches soccer intelligence — how to read the game the way pros do.”
“Pablo helped me land a roster conversation with the school I wanted. His honesty about where I stood — and then the work to get there — made the difference.”
